Vanessa Hudson is a Brooklyn-based producer and filmmaker specializing in branded content and documentary storytelling.  She made her directorial debut in 2017 with DUTEE, a documentary that premiered at multiple film festivals including the United Nations Association Film Festival, Sarasota, and Newport Beach. Vanessa currently works for VICE Media where she creates content for brands.  She most recently produced and directed "Identify" - a series profiling transgender athletes for the Olympic Channel.  Prior to VICE, she held positions at MTV and Nickelodeon. Her passion for filmmaking is fueled by the empowering characters she meets and hopes that her work will illuminate unique perspectives.
